1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bdjele website located at https://bdjele.net, including all associated services, games, sportsbook products, payment facilities, promotions, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager on bdjele, you enter into a binding legal agreement with the Operator and confirm acceptance of these Terms in full.

bdjele reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. Any material changes to these Terms will be notified via a prominently displayed notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of bdjele following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail. Any translation provided for reference purposes only does not form part of the binding agreement.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the bdjele Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed with bdjele or any recognised responsible gaming programme;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person;
• You have not been previously excluded from the Platform by bdjele for any reason;
• You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, or close family member of a bdjele employee or associated service provider where such involvement would create a conflict of interest.

bdjele reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal holds, or permanent account closure. Proof of age and identity may include, but is not limited to, a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of bdjele services, including sports betting and casino games, you must register a personal account. Each individual player may hold only one registered account on the bdjele Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual (whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment accounts, or device identifiers) is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. bdjele shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bdjele operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as part of its commitment to preventing fraud, underage gambling, and financial crime. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or large deposits are accepted:

• A colour copy of your valid National Identity Card (NID) showing your full name and date of birth;
• Proof of residential address in Bangladesh (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months);
• Proof of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing the registered mobile number);
• A selfie photograph holding your NID, where required for enhanced identity verification.

bdjele may impose withdrawal restrictions on accounts that have not completed KYC verification. Processing times for KYC reviews are typically within two Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdjele account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bdjele strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings. You must notify bdjele immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. bdjele shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the bdjele Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdjele does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card issuer) may apply their own transaction charges. bdjele accepts no responsibility for third-party charges applied by payment providers.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdjele currently supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳500; withdrawals processed within 24 hours;
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳500; withdrawals processed within 24 hours;
• Rocket — minimum deposit ৳500; withdrawals processed within 24 hours;
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳500; withdrawals processed within 24 hours;
• Visa — minimum deposit ৳1,000; withdrawal timescales subject to card issuer processing;
• Mastercard — minimum deposit ৳1,000; withdrawal timescales subject to card issuer processing.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to fund your account (the "same-source rule"). This rule exists to prevent money laundering and to comply with standard financial compliance obligations. bdjele reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts under investigation for fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

bdjele reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per calendar day. Current limits are displayed in your account withdrawal section and may be updated periodically. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits.

4.3 Deposit Limits and Responsible Finance

Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their accounts at any time via the account dashboard. Deposit limit reductions take immediate effect. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the increase is applied. bdjele encourages all players to set deposit limits commensurate with their personal financial circumstances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bdjele offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, and cricket-specific enhanced odds promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion on the Platform, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a bdjele account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum qualifying threshold stated in the active promotion terms at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to new players only; one welcome bonus per player, per household address, per IP address, and per payment method account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms displayed on the Platform. Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, the following general wagering rules apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times using real-money bets on eligible games;
• Bets placed with bonus funds on certain game categories (including live casino and some jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements — contribution rates are stated in promotion terms;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms;
• If a bonus expires before wagering requirements are met, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited;
• bdjele reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if it determines that bonus terms have been abused or circumvented.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bdjele operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited bonus abuse practices include, without limitation: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using low-risk or mathematically neutral betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers, and providing false information to qualify for a bonus. Where bonus abuse is identified, bdjele reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the relevant account, and withhold all funds pending investigation.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bdjele are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, market, or sport, as displayed on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products offered by bdjele.

6.1 Sports Betting

Cricket odds on bdjele cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI, and Test match formats. In-play betting is available on selected markets during live matches. All odds are displayed in decimal format. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out option. In the event of any technical error causing an incorrectly displayed price, bdjele reserves the right to void the affected bet and return stakes to the player.

Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or voided prior to completion, bdjele will settle bets in accordance with the specific sport rules displayed on the relevant market page. In the absence of specific rules, voided or abandoned events will result in stake returns to players.

6.2 Casino and Slots

All slot and casino game outcomes on bdjele are generated by certified random number generators (RNG) operated by the relevant third-party game provider. bdjele does not independently control or influence game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed in the game client and the result recorded by the game server, the server-side result shall be the definitive record for settlement purposes.

6.3 Crash Games

Crash games including Blocky Block and Circle use provably fair algorithms to determine multiplier outcomes. Players must cash out before the multiplier crashes; failure to cash out before the crash results in the loss of the entire wager. Auto-cashout settings are available as a responsible gaming aid but are not guaranteed to execute under all network conditions. bdjele accepts no liability for missed auto-cashouts resulting from player-side connectivity issues.

6.4 Maximum Win Limits

bdjele applies a maximum single-bet win cap across its products. Current maximum win limits are displayed in the relevant game or market rules. Any winnings that exceed the stated maximum win cap will be adjusted to the applicable limit. This applies regardless of the bet amount staked and regardless of whether a jackpot or promotional multiplier was involved.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bdjele Platform, you agree to conduct yourself at all times in a lawful, honest, and fair manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering more than one account or using any account on behalf of another person;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine manual play;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or payment processing;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider information use, or other corrupt betting practice;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or account controls;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdjele staff members or other players via any communication channel;
• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any part of the Platform's content, software, or intellectual property without prior written consent from bdjele.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bdjele reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player is or has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
• The player's account has been involved in money laundering or is subject to a legal freeze order;
• The player has provided false identity or age documentation;
• The player is under 18 years of age;
• Continuing to operate the account would expose bdjele to regulatory, reputational, or legal risk.

Where an account is closed following a finding of fraud or Terms violation, bdjele reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed without a finding of misconduct (for example, due to a voluntary self-exclusion request or a change in product availability), any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
